Why we celebrate
At Workplace Digest, we believe leadership is reflected not only in the positions people hold, but also in how they treat others, navigate difficult situations, make decisions, and contribute to the workplace around them. It is reflected in the way they lead, with compassion, clarity, courage, kindness, and integrity.
We believe everyone is a leader. Whatever your title, your work carries responsibility, and you can lead without formal authority.
How recognition works
Nominate a colleague, manager, mentor, or anyone who leads with compassion, clarity, and courage, at any time of the year.
After review, and with the nominee’s consent, their name, photo, and your words are added to the Everyday Leadership Wall.
Each year, three honorees are selected from all nominations to receive a certificate of recognition and a Workplace Digest plaque, beginning in 2027.
